HSQE Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include the following focal points:
• You will support the HSQE team and the Designated Person in the areas of quality assurance, ship safety and quality, environmental management.
• Special attention will be given to examining and ensuring compliance with standards in our shipping sector.
• You will continuously monitor new international and national regulations and laws.
• You will oversee vessel operations to ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations.
• You will ensure monitoring and compliance with the management system on board the ships.
• You will organize internal and external audits for the vessels (ISM, ISPS, MLC).

For this position, we are looking for a candidate who:
• Has relevant experience in quality assurance, ship safety, quality and environmental management.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work systematically.
• Good written and spoken English and German skills.
